Love this location. It's always busy, but worth the wait - especially after a show/concert in the area. The guys that hand over your food look like anime poses and I'm here for it.
If only you could give more than 5 stars... Jim’s has been there for me at 11 am, 5 pm, 3 am - and just about any time in between. In inebriation, sobriety, or somewhere in the middle - Jim’s doesn’t judge... they just provide the BEST food, every single time. Jim’s on Chippewa has been a go-to for about 20 years, and the service is still incredible - and food is hot and fresh. The 12” Chicken Finger Sub (and sometimes the Stinger) is generally my go to, and if you’re not the biggest blue cheese fan, feel free to sub for mayo. Everything is made to order, and it’s great value for the price. Their weekly sub deal is also a great choice for a lower price point. I’d recommend ordering in advance online to avoid longer waits (as I mentioned - it’s all made fresh), and if you’re looking for seating - it might be better to try the Allentown location (this one has a few stools, but if you’re there when it’s busy... they’re typically occupied). The portions and quality punch above their weight at Jim’s. It’s not typical fast food - these sandwiches are phenomenal, just served in a fast food setting.
Good and filling hoagie to eat late at night on the ride home. Messy. Good fries. Sweet potato fries comes right with honey like it was meant to be. Service was patient and got everybody wear they wanted.
Stayed in a close by hotel, and It was literally a 2 min walk. So much better than the expensive alternatives like the one inside Embassy suites!!!! Bella Ciao, but probably if you drink enough, anything will taste and look better and be prettier.
Food was amazing!! I was so full when I finished my sub. I had the Hoagie Deluxe. It’s a little pricey but well worth it. You get so much. Special shoutout to the young men working last night (5/12/24 - 9:30p), it was refreshing to see young people doing a great job. If you’re in the area, check em out
Probably the best sandwich I’ve had. They have subs and other things. They make all the meat fresh in front of you. Definitely would come back again!
I swear on my unborn child Jim’s is THE SPOT!!!!!! I got me a Stinger and was completely blown away!!!! 10/10 sandwich! Had all the crazy things to make an amazing meal!
Live from nyc, 20 hour layover and this was the best part. The ladies who helped me I wish I could’ve tipped on card. They made my day ! The chicken hoagie was fire ! Great Empty Tuesday afternoon not long wait and it was fresh!
